Update on May 13, 2015: AAG cable was fixed. Internet speed is now back to normal.

We are truly sorry to announce that our support speed will be very slow from now to the next few weeks because of slow internet speed in our country.

Since April 23, the international Internet cable Asia - America Gateway (AAG) which connects Vietnam and the U.S. has broken (again). Now we have a very very slow internet connectivity to outside of the country. Because we use Gmail and our server is overseas, we have problems in checking your email, support tickets, forum posts and reply them.

We try our best to reply your email and provide support as fast as we can. Hope they will fix the cable as soon as possible, they say it could take about a month.
