Update on May 13, 2015:AAG cable was fixed. Internet speed is now back to normal.

We are truly sorry to announce that our support speed will be very slow from now to the next few weeks because of slow internet speed in our country.

Since April 23, the international Internet cable Asia - America Gateway (AAG) which connects Vietnam and the U.S. has broken (again). Now we have a very very slow internet connectivity to outside of the country. Because we use Gmail and our server is overseas, we have problems in checking your email, support tickets, forum posts and reply them.

We try our best to reply your email and provide support as fast as we can. Hope they will fix the cable as soon as possible, they say it could take about a month.

Today we decided to stop the developments of CMEvent, CMSupport and CM4Square, we have been so busy with other extensions and these 3 extensions were left behind with no more features or updates.

In the future if we have free time, we will start the developments again to update these extensions to be compatible with the latest release of Joomla! and required services, then we will release the source code of them on Github.com.

In the past few days we received many complains from users that our site was very slow and they couldn't download our extensions or log into our site after successful payment.

We just know that the Asia-America Gateway cable has been under a maintenance, this slows down the network from our server, which is located in our country, to the outside. That is the reason why the connection to our site is so slow and the payments couldn't be verified by PayPal (our server couldn't connect to PayPal server),

We hope this maintenance will be finished sooner or at least on time, they say everything will be back to normal on March 9.
